• Gift certificates must be redeemed through Restore 2 New at the following website: www.restore2new.com. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for the purchase of products through any other person or entity.
  
  
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund and are not transferable.
  
  
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
  
  
• If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
  
  
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  
  
• If you or the gift certificate recipient loses a gift certificate code, you will be asked to provide proof of identity before the gift certificate code can be retrieved.
